Hello, my name is Shariah Hunt (she/they).
I began my career in 2014 working with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. I took the leap to become a therapist four years later in order to help fill in the gaps in mental health services I was witnessing. I am passionate about providing a full spectrum of care for black, indigenous, and other people of color where all parts of you are welcome to heal, process, explore, and rest without the masks. I believe there is power in all of us to grow and manifest more fulfilling lives and relationships. I love tapping into this power by integrating somatic (body) awareness, movement, and ancestral wisdom with talk therapy.
Outside of my therapy work, I offer postpartum care to families. I enjoy hands-on crafts, traveling, dancing, playing games, and trying new foods.
